How the organizational communication and administrative management is perceived by the workers of a public university

The present research deals with the theme of administrative workers from a public University during 2019, the aim was to determine how the organizational communication and administrative management is perceived by administrative workers of the San Luis Gonzaga National University of Ica, during the year 2019. The study was carried out considering a sample of 114 administrative servants, the type of research was basic descriptive and with a correlational level, the study designed was non-experimental and cross-sectional, using a hypothetical deductive method. The technique used was the survey and as an instrument a questionnaire. IT could be determined that there is a direct relationship between the organizational communication and the administrative management which is perceived by the workers of the San Luis Gonzaga National University, obtaining information on a perception of efficiency in administrative management of .57.75% and a perception efficiency in organizational communication of 73.99%. Considering organizational communication, it is important to express that the most important way of communication is the horizontal communication 82.07%, followed by ascending communication and finally descending communication 64.91%. In relation to administrative management, it is concluded that administrative workers consider efficient knowledge about planning 60.09%; about Organization 61.93%; on Management 46.68%, and on control 51.23%.
