The following research objective was proposed: to determine the learning strategies used by University students in the time of COVID-19, in a Public University of Peru. A sample of 302 students from the 2020 academic period was considered, for which the ACRA-Abridged learning strategies instrument (ACRA-A) for university students from De la Fuente Arias et al was applied; 65% were students of Health Sciences and 35% students of Social Sciences and Humanities, comprised in two age groups: the Middle includes students from 16 to 19 years old and the Late group includes students from 20 years old and over. The 20% of the students in the area of Health Sciences and Social Sciences and Humanities used comprehension strategies and study habits in online learning, supported by technological resources, provided by the Integrated University Management System (SIGE) of the University.
